Off Hours is a Spirits Company selling bourbon that is authentically crafted for today’s modern drinker. Crafted with aromas of creamy vanilla, hints of nutmeg and a silky finish of lingering honey, Off Hours bourbon is meant to engage our senses and change perceptions. It’s for everyone, everywhere. Founded by Jake Ireland and launched in 2020, Off Hours is aged in American white oak barrels for over five years at MGP Distillery in Lawrenceburg, IN.
We are looking for a regional Market Manager to oversee one of our core markets, Southern California. This individual will be instrumental in accelerating Off Hours’ business and brand goals by leading the sales, business development, training and activation of brand advocacy within existing and new on and off premise accounts. He or she will establish effective and trusted business partnerships with key customers as well as a variety of internal stakeholders, including the leadership team, marketing and key external partners, distributors and key accounts in order to influence distribution, brand awareness, point of purchase, and brand recognition to drive consistent and exceptional presence and sales of our brand. The position is multifaceted and calls for attentiveness with the ability to identify and act on opportunities to increase brand presence and awareness while meeting sales goals.
